Calm and soothe the heat in your mind and body with Angela in this Pitta pacifying Hatha class. Pitta is the hot, fiery, powerful energy in the body and mind. When aggravated, it may leave you feeling irritable, intense, or overheated.
Begin with a calming meditation, move into a cooling and soothing breathing practice, and flow through gentle, mindful movements designed to create steadiness and ease.
This class was filmed outside on a warm summer evening in the beautiful south of France. As you practice, you will hear the natural sounds of the wind moving through the trees, birds in the distance, and the soft ambience of nature around you, adding an extra layer of tranquility to your experience.
