Our guest for this episode is Susanne Mueller. Susanne is a mom, a yoga teacher, holistic nutritionist and eating psychology practitioner. She came to yoga about 20 years ago after struggling with anxiety and disordered eating. Through yoga she eventually learned how to feel calm in her body and around food. She founded undrgrnd yoga and teaches classes on the north shore supports others in their body and eating challenges through 1:1 sessions and workshops.
Susanne shares with Angela how connection to the body impacts mindful eating, practices to support mindful eating and the different ways nourishment can take place in ones life.
